A banister rail is a steel rail beside your outside steps, ramp, or path. It gives you something steady to hold when you are carrying shopping, when it is wet, or when it is dark.
We measure your steps on site and make the rail to fit. It is fixed to the wall beside the steps, or stands on its own posts where there is no wall.

Front and back steps
On one side or both. With a rail on each side, you can walk down facing forwards and hold on with either hand.
Ramps
Along the full length of the ramp, including the flat landings, so there is always something to hold.
Sloping paths and driveways
On posts beside the path, where there is no wall. It can make the back door usable again.
Decks and verandahs
Beside the steps down from a deck or verandah, and along the edge where it is needed.

Most banister rails are fitted in one visit. Rails on posts set into the ground can take a little longer.
