Some people already have an occupational therapist’s report, and the family is paying. Send us the report, and we quote to it, just as we would for a funded job.
Others start with nothing. Something has happened, or nearly happened, and the home needs to change, but there is no report and no clear idea of what to do.
If that is you, you are very welcome. Call or email, and we will help you work out what to do.

How to photographa job properly.
For a bathroom, take a photo of each of the four walls, then one of the pipes on the outside wall behind the bathroom. That last one is rarely sent, and it tells us whether a shower can be moved.
For a step or ramp, stand back four or five metres. We need to see the slope of the ground, the path, and what is on each side. A close-up only shows the height of the step.
For a rail, photograph the whole wall, and tell us what it is made of if you know. A tape measure in the photo helps.

Booked with you
Stock items are usually done in one visit. Made-to-measure items start with a measure, where we confirm the details with you.
Made and installed
Made-to-measure items are made to fit, then installed. We show you, and your family or carer, how everything works.
Finished and checked
If an OT is involved, we email them photos of the finished work. If anything changed from the quote, we settle it openly with you.
