A written quote with a fixed price and a timeline, set out so a plan manager or case manager can approve it without coming back to us for more detail.

Where we work: We are based in Mount Waverley and work across Victoria and New South Wales. Whether the work is funded through the NDIS, a Home Care Package, SWEP, or paid privately, the first step is the same: a free phone consultation.
Arranging work for someone else: If you are an occupational therapist, plan manager, or case manager acting for a client, say so when you call and we will arrange the site visit and the documentation directly with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a charge for a site visit or consultation?

For private clients, a site visit or consultation costs $160 + GST. Site visits for provider-referred clients are free within metropolitan Melbourne. If an Occupational Therapist (OT) assessment report is available, a site visit can be provided at no cost. The Regional Melbourne charge is $260 + GST for private and provider-referred clients. Contact us before booking to confirm which arrangement applies to your location and referral. Phone consultations remain free.

How quickly will you get back to me?

We answer the phone during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Enquiries sent through the form or by email are answered the same business day wherever we can, and always within one.

What should I have ready before I call?

Nothing at all — a description of the problem is enough to start. If you already have an occupational therapist report, a plan number, or a case manager’s details, having them nearby will save a follow-up call.

Can my occupational therapist or case manager contact you instead?

Yes, and they often do. We work directly with occupational therapists, NDIS plan managers, Home Care Package providers, and SWEP, and we prepare quotes in the format each of them needs.
