Vital Ease did a wonderful job in renovating my parents bathroom. As they are elderly they now have all the space to move around with out having to worry about how the bathroom was and how hard it was to get in and out of the old shower. We highly recommend them for any small or large renovation. A big Thank you from Giovanni & Emilia

We had the shower refitted to accommodate my 100 year old mother, unsafe glass replaced with a rail and larger shower curtain. The work was done efficiently and with minimal disruption. Handrails were installed later and we are very happy with the result. Thanks for a great job.

Questions
The things peoplealways ask.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you work with NDIS and Home Care Package funding?
- Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider and work with Home Care Package providers and the State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP). We prepare quotes and documentation that meet each funding body’s requirements, so your plan manager or case manager has what they need.
- Do I need an occupational therapist report before you start?
- For funded work, usually yes — most funding bodies require an OT recommendation. If you already have one, we’ll work directly from it. If you don’t, we can talk you through the process, and coordinate with your OT.
- How long does a typical home modification take?
- Smaller safety work such as grab rails or a ramp is often completed in a day. A full accessible bathroom generally takes one to two weeks on site. We give you a clear timeline with your quote, so you can plan around it.
- Will I be able to stay in my home during the work?
- In most cases, yes. We plan the work to keep disruption to a minimum and will explain in advance if any room will be out of use, so you can make arrangements ahead of time.
- Which areas of Melbourne do you cover?
- We are based in Mount Waverley and work across Melbourne and greater Victoria. If you are unsure whether we cover your suburb, please call us on +61 3 8658 1358.
- Is the work compliant and guaranteed?
- Yes. We are a VBA-licensed builder and complete accessibility work to AS 1428.1 standards. All work is carried out by licensed tradespeople and backed by the relevant warranties.
