  • Ramps and easier entry

Improve access at doors and steps with ramps, handrails and smaller changes to uneven entries.

Reduce slippery surfaces and make step edges easier to see.

Ready forthe next resident.

An empty unit is a good time to tackle worn flooring, tired fittings and bathroom upgrades. We agree the work with you before getting started.

Our residential home modification work includes bathrooms like this, with level shower access and practical fittings for everyday use.

Easier access,inside and out.

A step at the door or an uneven path can make daily trips harder. We help with ramps, handrails and changes to entries so residents can move around more easily.

This ramp from our residential work shows one approach. We visit your site to work out what suits the space and the people using it.

Careful work.Less disruption.

We are used to working in homes where people live. We agree visit times, keep work areas tidy and leave paths and doorways safe to use.

Your village manager has one point of contact. Together, we plan access and let residents know what to expect before work begins.

Need help witha resident’s quote?

If a resident has Support at Home or NDIS funding, ask their provider or planner whether their plan can cover the changes they need.

We can prepare a written quote for them to review. Funding approval needs to be confirmed before work starts.
